creating units by event

I'm in the process of creating an event whereby some troops will be created on a certain date. Normally its no problem but I would like to have these units initially weak and would need reinforcements to gain full strength. What I mean is not units with missing elements which would need complete elements but rather that such units will have all the elements making up the unit on the map but with each element being weak and requiring replacements. Is it possible?

You can use the SetHealth scriptcommand

If I recall correctly, you have to include it before the group creation block .
