How does one find Divisions?

Fri Dec 01, 2017 9:26 pm

Brits have apparently 10 divisions on the board. Can only locate about 7-8. Is there an option on the F1 screen to show only division stacks?

Thanks, Gents.

You can always find active units by using the E or R keys for land and T or Y for naval, so if you missing divisions are active you will find them this way. W is the key command to find locked units, so if your divisions are not active, W will find them.

Right.....the only problem I find how do you tell if a leader is an empty division. Ie. he has no troops assigned. I was trying to be lazy and find a quicker way lol :mdr:

As always thanks for your help!

I hope this answers your question:

Having selected a leader, look at it him in the stack panel. If his portrait contains a unit type symbol in the upper right corner, hovering over that symbol will display the units that are directy assigned to the leader.

Right thanks. Was just wondering if there was a F1 option to list all generals that are "Divisional" commanders. Doesn't seem that way. Oh well, will scroll through them all.
Thanks, guys!

Hit F!
Switch to forces list
Filter away fleets
Filter away non-leader units
(Filter away locked)

Sort by power value or elements

That gives you a rough list as big units are not nescessarily divisions.
