Fatal error loading the game

Hello,
I download the game a few days ago from matrix website, but I couldn`t even begin to play. The game always crushes after a few seconds during the load screen. A window opens with the messagge ' a fatal error has ocurred, etc.' I run the game like administrator, but it doesn`t work. Can you bring me any solution? Thanks.

Hi yak79 and welcome to the forum.

One thing to try is to uninstall and then reinstall as an administrator. Sometime the problem is with the install. And then always run as an admin.
