Decision Mode Unknown Card?

Currently playing GB and in turn 11.

The attached image shows an unusual option at the left of the decisions

Any ideas why?

This usually comes when there is a typo in the event or the event image.

Thanks for that...Any ideas as to how to fix it or know what event it is referring to? There is no explanation on the card. But I guess its wait until a patch fixes it, hopefully.

If you have some time, take a look to the GameData/RgnDecisions folder and open each file one by one.
On each you have a line like this 'ImagePanel = RgnDecision_Plunder.png' that sets what image does have the Regional Decision on the Regiona Decisions panel, in this case we see the Plunder Decision.
I guess one of them doesn't have the same name for its graphic in the folder Graphics/Decision.

Last time I played as GB I can't remember seeing this RGD......
