Beta Testing

Tue May 12, 2015 1:06 am

Wondering if there is a time frame for when the call will go out for
beta testers, if I haven't missed it already.

The criteria are not strict, we need both veterans and new players. Let see that you must be willing to commit some hours each week though, and that sometime we might ask volunteers for historical data researches

I gave a bunch of feedback for the old Napi game and my experience also improved by having played some games from the Napoleonic series of HPS/JTS, that also led to a lot reading upon warfare from operational & campaigns down to details like skirmishing. Being part of a Napoleonic wargame club also help.
Would be glad to contribute again for this title.

Is there any clue when the Beta will start?
I just wonder if the Beta for this and TYW will run parallel, or will the Beta be delayed till TYW is released?
Personally I'm very interested in both.

There is a fair chance the beta will be opened in July and a big one in August. TYW beta will probably be on its end by this time, but there will be an overlap.

It is early August! Any chance of BETA this month or some more info on the game?
:thumbsup:

Just curious, if you have already called by PM/E-mail.

We have to wait until they announce it. Apply and you'll
probably be accepted, especially if you've been a beta tester
before.

There is an internal version going on but we still need a few days before being sure we move to beta.

well done, Duke. Bravo. Perhaps Ageod would want you to redo some of the ingame graphics as well.

I always knew that the lack of supply was not so historical in Age games:
lack of furs could be good for the fighters morale.

@canuckinfl
To my shame I must admit that I'm not the one who "recruited" her, I will only lead her to battle. :D

@ERISS
Fur? Looks like she wears a lot of it, well not necessarily where you would expect it but war is hard so you have to utilize what you got. :thumbsup:

@Matto
Obviously its the latest recruit for the Chasseurs à Cheval de la Garde Impériale! :cool:

"recruit for the Chasseurs à Cheval de la Garde Impériale",
no, no, no, her pelisse is green, not red.
Come on, let's get it right. 7th or 8th Hussars :bonk: :D
