I didn't see a post in this forum so I thought I would make one.
There appears to be bug in the MC for Luxembourg. See here:

What happens is that it stays permanently 95 percent Luxembourg and 5 percent German control. I believe, but am not sure, this affects German supply networks through the region. Haven't had any fighting occur in the region so not sure what happens when people are battling there.
The glitch may have something to do with the opening German declaration of war event not firing properly.
Hope this can be teed up for the next patch. Even better, if it is something simply maybe a hotfix?
Or, if the issue is merely cosmetic, then it would be good to know that as well.
