General Borojević was not of Italian nationality nor did he command Italian units. He should have a south slav or Croat nationality because 1.) he was a Croat and 2.) he commanded a lot of mixed slavic troops on the Italian front.[ATTACH]30240[/ATTACH]

Actually, he is merged with ethnic Italian unit. That is why you see Italian flag.

You are right. I didn't know elements determine a unit's nationality. If I remember right in PoN leaders had their own nationality and were more proficient in commanding units of the same nationality.
