[FIXED]Critical Error When Resolving Turn

Howdy,
I am getting a critical error when resolving the turn in my PBEM game. I have attached the log. Any idea how to fix this?

I believe the specific error is this: " 2:59:56 PM [Critical ] TGroup.Update 1005130 Meux, H.'s Fleet Exception caught: Violation d'accès à l'adresse 0077BEB4 dans le module 'EAW.exe'. Lecture de l'adresse 00000020 DebugStep: 260 "

EDIT: The fix was to have everyone verify their steam cache...one of our players had a file missing.

So, without knowing too much, are you two in the same patch, and if so, are you running as an administrator?

We are using the same patch. I haven't been running as administrator, is that really a problem sometimes?

I also tried reverting to the previous turn and changing orders for the fleet that is causing the error, but I keep getting the critical error when I click resolve turn.

Did you switch hosts at some point?

This definitely looks like a problem with two versions of the game. The error is being thrown when the host engine isn't able to determine one of the group variables in the save file.

Based on the similar issue I had, I would suggest investigating the Western Entente's order file. Ours got corrupted somehow, which became obvious as the WE player found when he tried to reload that order file and it crashed straight away.

So as a first resort, ask your WE player to redo their orders.
