Game won't go past Early Jan. 1915

First issue is SOLVED - Not sure why
Everytime I press next turn, it will load for a bit and then default back to the game menu. Not sure what is going on here.


There's also another minor issue I have during the turn resolutions, which is, the day counter will go from 0 to 7 several times, then eventually load the master file and then it works fine. Could this be due to a slow processor? I have an Athlon II x4 640.
