Playing Central Powers I encircled big parts of the russian army in 1915. Now I waites serveral rounds, maybe 3-4, but the russian stacks didn't get unsupplied. Easy Supply is turned off. Can somebody tell me what went wrong?

Warsaw, Lublin, Lodz etc are large cities and produce a lot of Supply and Warsaw produces AMMO also.
You need to take those cities.
