Can you force Britain out of the war?

In my game I've been effectively blocking the Atlantic whilst focussing on the east. Russia is slowly caving, but in the meantime Britain has 60-70% rebel alignment, can they have a rebel event to force them to quit?

No British surrender was removed in beta due to the AI poorly handling the submarine blockade.

It is useful in SP, but avoid it in MP as the USA will enter the War and truly destroy the chances of CP winning.

It is not useful at all. The game should give AI bonuses, cheats, to help it withthe issue, but to remove part of thegame because ai cant handle it even when human is leading gbr is not ok.
