Just asking if there is one. An ETA on the next full patch, non-beta.

Please, do not release an updated version without first looking into the WAR PLANS. They should work as intended, including decreasing the assigned NM, fixing the bug that gives GBR too much alignment swift in the opening rounds when Belgium is not invaded (it should stay out until 1915), giving Italy the correct alignment if Switzerland is invaded (although historically Cardona seems to have been quite fond of this plan, something that would have meant the exact opposite).
If the war plans are not balanced, people will always try the historical ones as the alternative have too many disadvantages. This should NOT be the case.

This should absolutely be the case. The French High Command might have had plans in what, 1907 or 1908 to pre-emptively invade Belgium or Luxembourg, but they were rejected and dismissed.
Opting for a plan like that, as France, should bring severe penalties. If people are incapable to see the merit in selecting an alternative plan for a couple of NM, well.
This army-locking business needs fixing though. While opting for an assault on Germany without invading anyone, most French armies are still locked helpless, while the Germans ain't.

The army locking is meant to represent the fact the French were still mobilizing and weren't as quick to do so as the Germans. Same goes for the locked armies for Russia and Austria in the east. Only Germany had a really quick mobilization, France and England were better than the east but not as fast as Germany.
