Force Pool Problem

All was going well with the Force Pool of my available units playing the 1880's campaign until the 1890's Bolt Action Rifles upgrade, and then the force pool for all my Corps units kept refreshing every turn...is Loki's force pool fix included in the patch? Btw, I couldn't find it in the forum.
I hope there's a way to fix it, in any case I'm just reporting. Can anyone give me a light here? I would be very glad just to have a quickfix like the one Loki made for the 1850 campaign. I just can't understand why the Bolt Action Rifles triggered such a problem.
