NEW computer game lost when last computer deystroyed

Hello,
I am looking for help as i bought the game when ity first came my old comp got deystroyed long story what do I need to do to help get the game back on my new lap top? Any help or direction i can be pointed would be great thank you for your time ane help in Advance
