AI Railroad Repair

I have noticed that the AI doesn't seem to repair railroads. I don't know whether this is a bug or just something the AI doesn't know how to do. Seems like the original ACW also didn't repair.

Hello, and welcome to the forums. In later patches of ACW 1, there was a helper to aid the AI in rail repair. And your right, the AI doesn't do a lot of rail repairs.
Remember - The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Right, we will up a bit the AI bonus on that. Normally the auto-repair roll is one tenth (in %) of the development level of the region, so at most 10% but often much less.

Good, we'll have the union repairing their railroads too now. *Sigh* *despair* what's gonna be of us down South now?
