How to Create a New Leader?

I really want to create more generals and admirals for both CSA and USA.
Because I think there are too few leaders in the game.

Hello and welcome to the forums Hanz.

You will get more generals as the game plays (they are added at different points of the game). You can add more, but you will need to create models and other data for/about them, and then a script to have them show up in the game. So it can be done, but will take some time.

Could you please tell me how to create a model?
Also, do I need to download a CSV Splitter program?

I don't do any modding, so am not sure what is entailed with creating a new model. There are others who know/do modding, and they should be able to help you.

There is a csv splitter program and a lot of advice in the stickies in the modding forum. Start there, I think. If you've tried and something isn't working, let us know.
