Money and conscripts produced in the region

In the manual I can read (in bold) :

21.1.1 REPLACEMENT CHITS
Each game-turn, specific regions on the map generate ‘conscript companies ’ and money. By holding the mouse over regions on the map, the tool-tip feature indicates how many ‘conscript companies’ and/or how much money is produced
in the region. Note that not every region produces conscript companies and/or money

Is this feature implemented ? I can't see information about conscripts and money produced by my regions ...
Any idea why ? Is there a specific map mod to select so that the info is displayed ? Or is it that none of my region is producing anything ?? I'm Nationalists, early game 1-7 DEC 1936
And I'm using the FR version.

Ah Excellent ! thank you ! So it's not actually in the tool tip but that's perfect. Very useful information indeed.
I really like the scale of the game. Not too small, not too big. Very manageable. It ranks very high on my ageod list, maybe even #1. Amazing game !!

I really like the scale of the game.

Some told they find it too small, they prefer all other AGE games.
So it's funny that E36 had started as a mod of RUS, the biggest scale of AGE games (but maybe with the smallest units lol)...
