What about ahistorical intervention by France, Britain, and Portugal? I note that France and Portugal don't seem to have any terrain. Is Gibraltar in the map?

Gilbraltar is on map, but a non enterable region belonging to Britain. Same applies to portugal and France. Frankly I believe there should be a high EP option allowing the republicans to invade portugal once they send in the viriatos (who have the exact stats as irish catholics?!).
