Where is the Civil War II-Wiki?

I purchased this interesting game a few weeks ago at Steam.
I paid 13.55 EUR and I need more information as stated in the manual, wich seems to be a little incomplete regarding some important topics. So my question is: where can I find the wiki?

I do not think there is a better wiki than the forum itself.

Just search and read.

And ask, though full of info it is empty of people, but probably somebody will help.
