1864 Union Generals Pool

Quite simply, where is it? Is there no generals pool for the Union come 1864? If so, why not?

Perhaps everyone they had thought of to spawn when creating the lists had already entered the game by 64. An oversight apparently.

The reason you don't get any '64 generals is that there isn't an event to create them!

Perhaps an oversite .. if someone wants to provide a list I can create a small event file which is easy enough

Would have no effect other than a few more generals to park out of the way

For what it's worth I did a quick check - there was no Union Generals Pool in AACW (the predecessor game) either - as a lot of the events were ported I'm not that surprised no new list was created for CW2.

Are there any Union leaders that already have .mdl files that are not currently being spawned?
