Composition of early AotP without corps & divisions

Fri Mar 02, 2018 5:05 pm

Well I never paid much attention as after Bull Run I usually sit and wait till I finally can use divisions & corps to form the AotP and other Union armies, but I wonder if there is any way that makes sense to form any early Union army that can't use corps & divisions.
So how does your AotP look when it goes for Richmond(Bull Run)?

I put four of the large brigades with 5 or more regiments, each under the command of a one star into McDowell's army. I then add three batteries of 12 or 10 lbers loose for support along with the balloon. This still gives a 10% penalty.

I don't recommend using this to attack the CSA. Any newspaper editor from the game event who would find this bad gets a raw steak and a plate full of uncooked vegetables. If he can eat this meal as is, then maybe I'll listen to his advice on attacking with men who aren't ready.

For some unknown reason, this posted twice.
