Kentucky Card Pool

Its February 1863 in my current game and i have used most the Force producing cards in Kentucky. I noticed that in 1861 i had a certain number of cards to use to raise units in Missouri. I used quite a bit and noticed in 1862 that more were available. However i see no more units (that i didn't have prior to 1863) available to make in Kentucky. Do new cards eventually become available over time in Kentucky like they did in Missouri? If there are not (for Kentucky) then which states get new cards and which stats do not?

If you check the CW2 DB, I believe that one of the files has all of the units available with dates.

I assume that mean Database and can you point me in the direction it is?

Ah yes, I think you have linked this in a previous post and when I click on your link it takes me to another post and when I click on their link its all gibberish. Iv tried all the links in the post and I never can find anything. Is there a different way to get access to it?

That is a RAR archive. You will need an archiving program which understands RAR to unpack it. For example 7-Zip.
