Is there a date when the first patch will be released?.../weather?

Hello,

maybe i'am a little bit to hasty with this question but only for sure i wanted to know about it.

...secondly im wondering way the weather on the hole campaigne map is still the same,...some else noticed it?

Nope, no date yet. Testing has been ongoing since release but there are still some issues to be fixed.

There is a list but it's only visible to the testers right now because it's still a work in progress. Of course there will be a list published along with the patch when it's finished.

I certainly hope so. what happened to the hotfix? Not being able to form corps is a huge problem.

There is an unofficial hotfix for that issue from Ace.

Edit - I see Colonel Klink beat me to it. Just for that it will have to be "Berlin, flat as a pancake!". :D

Running some quick tests now and I do see Harsh Weather down in Mexico and pats of Cuba in the July '61 campaign but the rest of the map has been clear weather for a couple of turns.

Patches are usually save compatible unless official indication of the contrary. On CW2 first patch, it will be compatible

Actually, no. It has been passed from beta to Matrix. They must be now testing compatibility and other technical issues,eg. preparing the installer and such stuff.
