Map icons for droughts?

Could icons for provinces that suffer from a drought (in the style of sandstorms etc.) be added?
Not for now as drought is event related and sandstorm are Map Aleas related.
To make it work, drought must be Map aleas. It´s feasible but it requires several hours of work.
