AJE Cantabrian wars bug

Playing with the Cantabrian, you have a option for raise the morale. But you need have less than 95 for this to apply. The bug is that you can raise your morale always even if you have more morale.

Attached is the file with the fix
The attachment OptionsGov_CantabrianWars29.zip is no longer available
unzip, copy and paste inside your AJE/Events folder.
One file should be overwritten.
Please report any issue.
