every scenario has X amount of turns untill it ends, but i noticed that i can continue playing after that.
is it not advised to continue playing ? are there bugs/lack of events after the scenario 'ends" ?

is there no actual limit on number of turns after the scenario ends , or its still somehow capped

what are you preferences, playing till the end of a scenario or continuing untill you destroy the enemy completely

I think you can play on, but there won't be any more events etc. to fire.

Indeed, you can continue play after any scenario "ends".
Nevertheless, most probably the game will "derail" sooner or later.
There will no more events, no date-related AI scripts, etc, and no garanties of no crashes...

And every turn you get the Scenario end window, too...
