The pirates in the Mithridatic war scenario are a massive scourge and I've lost more EP than I can count against them. How would you suggest that I protect against them?
Another problem that I've had has been these clear stalemate battles where both sides have usually lost the equal amount of men and the enemy has retreated but it's still counted as a loss and because there's usually a lot of lost elements against Sertorius the NM penalties are crippling even though these battles have decided nothing.

storm areas are fixed, most probably when one is gone, the next close by comes.
