I'm not sure, Pocus would have to answer this. But if you think about it, if people buying it today or tomorrow get to activate it, then Today would be the official release day and there was no reason to pre order it.
Good luck.

Some strategic loophole and blunder on my side here :mdr:

We shall leave the pre-order open for another 12-18 hours or so...then it's close till official release on 22nd

Indeed, this would be a loophole in the procedure. In fact, the webshop is sending automatically for now the patch. After some discussions, we have decided to stop the pre orders within a few hours, so this leave a small window of opportunity for people on the fence, before the official release date.

Sentiments appreciated. Am still here, but think I must have a taster. Wife has a gleam...

Hello,

I just bought the game, downloaded it and installed.
When can I expect the unlock patch to arrive?
Thank you,

Alain

Nice thing about living on the left-coast of North America is that the unlocking email was waiting first thing in the morning. Playing now and offering a toast with a nice hot cup of tea for AJE to be a huge success. Thank you!

Back from work. Got my e-mail. AJE now up and running. Enjoying it so far. Just one question....is it just me or does Spartacus share an uncanny resemblance with Kirk Douglas :D

As someone who has bought the pre-order today but needs to pay through bank wire (silly pay pal doesn't seem to want my credit card) I do hope I'll still be eligible for the pre-order scenario? I take it the money will probably arrive somewhere tomorrow (I'm a fellow EU citizen) but the order itself has already been placed a few hours ago and has been confirmed through my mail. I really don't want to miss out on Spartacus because pay pal is acting up.

I bought the game a few hours ago, downloaded it and installed it using the key I was e-mailed. However, the tutorial will not advance to the next turn. From looking over the posts it seems that I need to receive another e-mail with a download patch to enable the game to play. Is that correct? Also, does anyone have an opinion about how long it should take for the patch to arrive? From readng here it seems some have it and others don't.
Thanks.

Please check your junkbox, email could be seen as spam.

If it you do receive nothing, please send a mail to pthibaut@ageod.net with you email address and order information.

It's nighttime in France, so the answer could be only tomorrow.

Bohemond,
I did check my junk e-mail but it is not there. I received 4 e-mails from AGEOD concerning my purchase and all arrived to my inbox without any problem.

Could anyone from Ageod please help me with my question? I really don't want to miss out on Spartacus. Also the payment has been wired by now and I still do not have the email.
