*Updated* HaHaeTs' Siberian No 'Red X' Mod

Here is my attemp to make Kolchak's Siberian flag without red cross on it.
This mod delete red X even from interface (top left corner) and battle report flags
install at your own risk!
New version 1.1:
*Missing Building menu flags added (Pic. 1)
