if you choose the money option you get inflation. But in the tooltip is written 5% and 1% per decision. Which is now right?

I'm not sure the inflation is really working, like it was in AACW. I believe it don't because i don't see any changes in the prices of the units after using this options. Maybe some engine upgrades not updated in RUS. Anyway, be happy without inflation : the lack of money is already a problem in the long term games currently and we planed to focus on the ways to get more money when it really need. So say good bye to wild inflation (it will probably be translated directly into NM losses instead of money).
