GC Victory Conditions

Not sure if this is WAD, but I got a victory screen and I'm not sure why. The Siberian Whites' NM was 0, but the Southern Whites were still in the game and my NM was only 169. Are there other conditions for sudden death victory? I can't find where the victory conditions are listed.

Here you go. Another minor problem is that the victory screen music plays at the same time as the background music.
