how to use the british military mission unit ?

Mon Sep 01, 2014 9:42 am

Hi.
I'am currently playing a RUS PBEM as russian siberian.
I just got the British military mission unit.

This unit as plenty of ability :
- cohesion boost. (to max cohesion).
- Training
- Infantery boost
- HQ command boost

But some of these abilities seems to need that the unit is in command. But the unit cannot command, it is not a commander. Strange.

I tested the cohesion boost, but i saw no change if the mission is inside an army or outside. Maybe i need to pass a new turn to see it ?

How to use it ?

Use it to train conscripts and militia to regulars.

Does militia could really be trained to conscript ?

The tooltip speak about conscript to regular.

Unless I'm completely mistaken, and I've played the game quite a bit, militia upgrades to conscripts first, then to regulars.

Indeed!
I also use it to train milita and conscripts. At two elements improved per turn y can improve a force pretty quickly, and it doesn't need to be in command for training.

So if we have more conscripts than money, creating militia and training them is a good tactics. Thanks.

And if you can spare the time, of course.

And forget about the other abilities which don't work. The unit and its tooltips will be corrected in the next RUS version.
