Greens

Playing the S. White GC, the Greens keep popping up, and I keep swatting them down like gnats. But it's getting to the point where I have to divert my best divisions and corps away from fighting the Reds.

Is it worth chasing after them like this, or can I afford to ignore them and just keep my strategic cities safe?

Aren't they annoying...uh ? :cursing:
I noticed that they often pop up in the marshes near Ekaterinodar, just protect that city and let them get attritioned to death...don't try to go and get them in these "harsh weather" regions like swamps and moors.
Produce lots of conscript inf early that you can upgrade with your "trainer" generals to garrison these southern cities and keep your elite division to the Red front.

Single conscript regiments are usually enough to keep green rebel units out of your towns. A couple of cavalry divisions maybe with a light armored train will suffice to keep the rail lines clear.

Depends on how you define victory.
