Historical Attirition seems a little harsh.......

Hiya guys,

When selecting historical attirition for both sides, I can lose 50-75% of my guys (elements going half / three quarters red) when moving through rain (not the harshest weather) in July-August.

Is this correct? I am also not receving any notification of 'This and this guy's stack took X hits due to harsh weather'.
