Minor countries

Hello. As a newbie, I'd like to ask a few questions about minor countries:
1. How come Bukhara and Khiva are part of Sib.Whites rather than being independant?
2. What about Caucasian states (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan)? Can you invade them as Reds or Whites? How about some sort of Caucasian scenario?

1) simplification purpose. Creating factions for each special case wouldhave created too much side eeffects for a rather weak historical value. And then, AG engine is mod friendly for those interested.

2) Reds may invade Caucasian States in the game
