Bautzen the Fierce [bug reports]

Sat Apr 14, 2012 10:43 am

Hi there, I have a few bug reports to submit.

The most important : the siege of Bautzen. Despite being in assault posture and everything, Bautzen is impossible to take.

Here is what I see :

No combat at all, but for some reason some generals that were in Bautzen gained seniority without combat.

Here is what my opponent see :

Looks of events that look bugged. Also note that for some reason, the basic principles of Koeniggratz have been discovered !

A bug we already reported : East of Leipzig Frederick is stopped dead by a group of hidden hussars (not the ones I can see) despite his 3000 points army. He did NOT engage the enemy despite his posture (yes he is CiC,though, but with not other of his columns on the same region he should still engage).

Finally, not showed because it happened a couple turns earlier Torgau fell without any breach. When one of my cavalry tried to attack the sieging troops, the courageous defenders of Torgau participated in the battle without me ordering them to sortie, and they got killed, thus giving the city to my opponent. Not completely a bug, but certainely undesirable.

Here is my turn as seen from me.

I believe Loki100 will post all the information needed if requested.

Thank you ;)

That save is totally useless without the hst and both trn files, and we always need \Backup1.
Host must post

The screenshots are essentially useless, as I can't tell what happened from a few messages

Hussars block is fixed with the new beta posted in this thread. Please install it, as it shouldn't harm your ongoing game.
