Player vs Design Team poll

Mon Jun 15, 2009 5:12 am

You'll be playing as only one side during that round, **West** Scenario. This is meant as a surviving player only poll, so please others don't vote - your votes wouldn't be counted.

Do the ones playing the other side get to vote?

Heh, no. It's really meant for the players to get together as a team. They can even discuss the pros and cons here if they want. Of course, they'd still be competing against each other for the best score, so maybe they don't want to. :)

Why Bull Run (sorry to derail the thread). The scenario is not the most exciting existing ;)

Also, which surviving players do you mean? The 16 who are playing the far west scenario (myself included), or the 8 winners of that scenario?

It came second in an earlier poll, and I thought the "designers" had work to do. :) We've already played Shiloh, will be playing Far West, West, East, and I was told Atlanta was no longer supported. Ideally I think Atlanta would be the way to go, were it supported.

This isn't set in stone so suggestions are welcome. Perhaps we could poll it again.

The 16 currently playing.

Ok, I've received more than one complaint about playing Bull Run for this round mostly from the designers so that concerns me. Therefore, to spice things up I think shifting West to this round, East to the round of 8 and the 1863 2 theater campaign (March 1863-March 1864) for the semi-finals would be a good lineup. Let me know your thoughts. West was very balanced when we played it, East not so much. No idea on 1863.

Fine by me either way.
