Patch problem for RoP Gold

I have ROP Gold version 1.10. Do I need to patch with the ROP Quick fix-June 14? And then patch with ROP Gold 111rc2?

I ask because I did it in the sequence above and all the filters stopped working. It also appears that neither patch is extracting completely. In other words, it seems the patchs are starting to extract and update but not completing the process. Yet ROP will run but the filters don't work.

Any ideas?
