Comparative Armed Forces listing?

Is there a ledger to see my comparative strengths with other nations by chance? I see mention to it but all I can see is the F10 chart. Is there another?

There is no armed forced listing for your opponents. Were the spying networks so good?

Only the relative strength, like in the rest of the games.

If you put the cursor on the flags in the F10 window you will see ranks and scores.

Ah ok, will try that with the mouse thankyou. I saw the reference in an AAR. Maybe that is what they alluded to the F10 screen but it mentioned more than the few nations listed in the F10 screen.
