I have a game as Belgium. An economic crisis happened (but I somehow managed to get inflation back down to 0% before the crisis ended, so I think I'm in permanent crisis mode...) and my militancy in all 3 regions is 80-100%. Yet nothing happens. No increased revolt risk, no decreased production (contentment/happiness is up near 100%), nothing. I don't think they're even emigrating to the Americas. It's decades before InBev, so what's going on?
