I think we need something different than choosing between the 1680-turn juggernaut of grand campaign for seven countries (nine already, maybe more in the future) or only-warfare-dozen-turn tiny scenarios.
I'd love (and I think PON is greatly suited for it) to see some intermediate solutions. For example, a full operative (with all features active) Bismarck "expansion" (1862-1890), wich would be very interesting to be played for, of course, Prussia, but also for France, Austria and even Russia and UK as defenders of status quo.
Or The Great Game involving both UK and Russia between, let's say 1857 to 1893.
USA struggle with European powers for influence in America, from 1870 to 1898...
Maybe it's Christmas spirit, looking for a PON present in 2012
