Just like any other scenario (under New Game) in PoN. It should be listed there as "1862 - American Civil War". If you don't see this something must have gone wrong with your instalation? Maybe you installed PoN to a non standard directory and have to reinstall the scenario appropriately?

While we have a PoN-ACW topic I might as well post a little bug report here...
The Confederate Corps in this scenario are non standard (they don't correspond to their ToE) and I believe this causes them being unable to attach to a leader (f.i. remove Jackson from his Corps and try to reattach him)...
ToE for these corps is: 1 general, 1 service, 7 militia, 1 light infantry and 2 light artillery. Their actual composition in the scenario seems to be: 1 service, 8 militia, 1 light infantry, 1 light cavalry and 1 light artillery. That means the 12 element slots intended for this type of corps are already filled before you try to attach a general...
