I`m in the middle of 1853 and the war doesn´t finish and in the reality it finishes in 20 January 1853, so I wonder if the war finishes via event or not.

In my game as GBR, the Anglo-Burmese War ended by event.

Thank you, I have conquested Rangoon but not Mandalay, that may be the problem or the time.

Yeah, ended by event for mine as well, had to declare war again to finish the job. Very slow going due to the attrition rates.
