This could initiate diplomatic actions either by this neighbour or by your main rival Austria and then you should react very soon. Because if you forget to react on Austrian diplomatic actions you will get some decrease in your relations and then there could come a crisis between your countries at a certain point...
Special events related to the German Unifications could initiate the war crisis too otherside you has improved your standing with Austria well enough you can prevent some early crisis but the scripted ones will come instead...
If you try some diplomatic actions your success will be related to your current ruler and his terms therefore you should try not too much such actions early try to collect your diplomatic points in the first months besides any colonial action instead as far as possible...
I hope it was useful...

edit: you can also do some little cheating either from start with the scenario file or with the savegame to give yourself better chances with resources and both money sources and such else...but that will reduce your fun...
Ct11223 wrote:It was VERY usefullbut still i have questions
1-some thing bad is istarted playing the card realy early from the startmy current realation with austria is prety good (100) is it enough to prevent crisis and still unify germany? and i think the austrians have only a defensive treaty with hanover is that bad if it is what should i do?
2-at a certain time of the game(1865-1867) the number of available unification desecions was 10 suddenly in mid 1867 when i played nine of them i tought next turn i would still have ten but it remaind 1 bug or my fault?
3-as i said in the first post i have more than 80% loyality in all state should i wait for the message or shall i do something else to get the message and is there a way to acselerate the hole proces![]()

for any other code entry I must take a deeper look inside related files and try to check if it will be helpful and useful...

After 1860, the North German confederation will be formed, provided you are at Peace with Austria (but doing so might provoke an Austrain war, so be carefule). Owning Holstein and Schleswig provinces directly or having Holstein accepting unification is ok...
The Southern States will come by 1870 if you own Alsace and Lorraine, or in 1872 if Not (and you are at peace with FRA and AUS)
