No more breakthroughs?

Just installed the new patch (i) and I can't seem to get a situation
during battle where I'm allowed a breakthrough opportunity.

Is this new to "i" or is there some combination of settings that
I've botched?

Very strange. I played my personal match yesterday night and I performed three breakthroughs with 1.05i
Check the Options window, but also consider that if you are in FirePower doctrine, now breakthroughs are not automatic (like in Movement war), but they depend on the 'pursuit' value of your leader!
Now the Breakthrough stratagem becomes important, eh eh!

To be honest, this was an original design feature, present even in version 1.0
