Hi all
I would like to suggest we play the second round with no redeployment (AKA teleporting) allowed. The redeployment feature was originally design to improve AI performance and it has no historical base, so it is unnecessary in PBEM, but over all that it is a source of numerous gamey tricks that players can exploit. Maybe we could have a poll on this.

I think at this point this should probably be a discussion aimed towards round 3 since one 2 match is already underway. I think it's a good idea though and if both participants agreed it could be applied in the individual matches as long as the rule applied during the entire round.
