Event : Initiative

I have a simple question : i play the event initiative in the event phase of a turn. It'll give me a bonus for the initative test, right?

However, the event ask me to choice if i want my bonus on the eastern or western front, but i NEVER noticed different initiatives on different fronts, TE or CP has initative for the whole turn on the whole map.

So, the question is : in order to have my bonus counted, which front must i chose? Does it matter?

Hmmm... I think the choice has relevance when playing in 4-players mode, but I should check the code, not sure about that. Anyway, when playing against AI, I think you should choose the Western Front.
