[Weakness Report] You win, I draw

Loki100 and me have been playing the war of 1812 (see the AAR on the Paradox Forum) and the game is now over.

One of us completed all his objectives on the very last turn, whereas the other did not. In the victory screen :

- One player has a total victory
- The other has a draw, as he still controls some of HIS objectives.

Is that working as intended ?

Yes. Assymetric victory conditions can do that. The side with Total Victory wins.
