Supply Wagon placement with 105RC2

Not sure if this has been reported, but as the US, I purchased a new supply wagon. It was placed in Philadelphia, which was owned and occupied by the British.

That is currently WAD, but I'm not sure it should happen that way.... :blink:

If I get time, it can be changed to arrive in non-enemy locations near there.
