AgeOd,
For the most part, do leaders follow this hiearchy.
1) British
2) Colonial
3) Indian
This would seem consistent with the era.
So, a British Colonel would lead a stack even though a Colonial Maj. Gen. is in the stack.
Is this solely the based on Seniority on the leaders? Or something else?
I find this ok:
Colonel Henri Bouquet (British) over Maj. Gen. Phineas Lyman
I find it strange when:
Chief Sangarecha is leading Colonel Sir William Johnson
